Boxing has since evolved into a global phenomenon, with professional and amateur fighters competing in various weight divisions and organizations worldwide, making it one of the most popular and enduring combat sports. The only method of attack is punching with a clenched fist, punches below the belt or the back of the opponent's head and neck are not allowed. Boxing is the ultimate combat sport. Boxing's history unfolds through the ages, tracing its roots back to ancient civilizations like in Greece and Rome, where it was not merely a sport but a fusion of athletic prowess and cultural importance. It's two warriors going head-to-head, testing their skills, speed, and endurance. While the sport has come a long way from its brutal beginnings, it's still all about raw power and technique. Today's boxing, with padded gloves and strict rules, began in England in the 18th century. It has since evolved into a global sensation, with fighters in various weight classes going toe-to-toe for glory.
